Due to the unique nature of the Cedar City Starfall and the meticulous planning involved in creating a magical evening, we are unable to offer refunds for any purchased tickets. We kindly request that you consider your commitment to attending the ball before making your purchase.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and in such instances, we are willing to explore options for ticket transfers. If you find yourself unable to attend, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated customer service team as early as possible. While we cannot guarantee ticket transfers, we will do our utmost to assist you in finding an alternative solution, such as connecting you with individuals interested in purchasing your tickets.

Please bear in mind that any ticket transfers are subject to our approval and will incur a nominal administrative fee to cover the necessary arrangements.
